Finchoice customer service is very poor. Their representative don't even know what they are doing. I called in back in June after I was ****** and that person transferred money for my mobile account. They couldn't assist in reversing the money from my account to their instead they blocked my number now I can't even login and pay off my account.. I am so frustrated with the agents that a re so ***********.
