Good Morning<br> <br> Please be advised I spoke to consultant by the name of Chendriks on 15/03/2016. Regarding the 24 month loan, Gov00487. She said will email the new contract one week later I never receive anything yet.<br> <br> 1. She restructured the load and advised the first instalment will be debited 21 April, but my account was debited on the 19th of March for the amount R1347.00. I hereby will instruct my bank to reverse. <br> <br> 2. Secondly also advised of the other one month which was handed over. Explained I received a letter dated 08/02/2016 for restructure only received on the 14 March 2016 six weeks later advised of the handover.<br> <br> 3. I submitted all previous emails and documentation regarding this matter including the letter. <br> <br> I very disappointed in the manner the entire episode was taken place. Also rude consultant from Credit Worx called me on the behalf of Finchoice. <br>
