Biggest ********** company ever. They need to be reported yo the NCR and ombudsman ASAP!!!!!!

Can someone please assist me in laying a formal complaint with the ombudsman or NCR against finchoice please? They are ********** who are refusing to update my credit report at the credit bureau. Ive settled the account almost two years ago yet they are simply refusing to update my status and close the mobi money account. I dont want anything to do with you guys. Why are you listing false information on my credit report. I am not interested in obtaining any sort of credit ever again please close off your ********** account on my name and update all the bureaus please. Alternatively can someone please advise me how to proceed with legal action against this false listings and refusal to remove their name for more than 2 years please. Two years. Dont ever do dealings with this ********** people please be careful of them
