BAD SERVICE STILL WAITING FOR A MANAGER TO GET BACK TO ME REGARDING A REFUND WHICH WAS SUPPOSE TO BE PAID DAYS AGO..CONULTANTS RELUCTANT TO HELP WITH QUERIES

26 Jul 2019, 14:40I am currently on the phone holding on for a manager or senior person for almost 30 min to assist with my query regarding my refund no one bothers to get back to me.. it just shows what do they really think about..i would not recommend finchoice to anyone.. they are unreliable not helpful in any way
