BAD SERVICES

I app**** for a loan a week ago. I done my application on the telephone with a consultant, she was very positive and quick with the loan application, but only to find out a week later my application has still not been processed. I sent through all required documents because I work in the same environment where my consultants confirm employment for customers. Everyday I call to query about my application and all they say is that they awaiting my documents, but I have sent it through over 10 times, they also say that my application is in the document verification queue, every time I call its the same excuse from the consultants. You guys need a proper system because you are really upsetting your customers with no feedback. Managers and supervisors need to step in and get customers application approved ASAP because your adverti*****ts are all miss leading. This is the worse service that I have ever received.
