BAD SERVICE PROVIDER

i am writting this with tears in my eyes. I had a loan with find choice, they handed over my account to debt collector, i managed to pay the account 2021, the account reflects in my profile as still owing and status is DEBT UNDER RESTRUCTURE. this is affecting my credit score. i called them, they keep on transferring my call from one person to another. No one helps me, my application is about to be declined due to the payment that i made.
