I called the collections department to make a payment arrangement to pay a less amount than the agreed installment due to financial problems resulted from the loss of my grandmother but the guy by the name of Simphiwe told me that \no we can't help you to reduce the installment regardless of your situation because the contract is binding you". This guy is so heartless"
