Bad service, i want my money back!

Finchoice you guys have no effective way of working with people i contacted the business after making a deposit for my last payment requested a paid up letter so i could close the account but you guys decided to debit money from my account today after i had settled the remaining balance can i please have my money back by the end of business day. This is really frustrating.
