Bad service from Finchoice!!!!!!!

I paid off my 3 months term loan with Finchoice. The last payment was 20 October 2022. But they haven’t updated my account on my credit report. It still shows outstanding. It’s really affecting my credit report. I called them around December but still up to now it’s still show’s outstanding. I am really disappointed because I paid them on time every month until I settled my debt.
