Bad service from finchoice

I was rudely disrespected by the sale agency of finchoice after I told them i was not interested in their product, then I filed a complaint to finchoice to talk about the the rudeness of their sales agency, they emailed me to call on a number to tell them about my matter then they said I must use the complaint email after that they closed the query without helping me resolve my matter. This just shows how they not willing to help me.
