Bad service ever

By far the worst service ever. I contacted them and advised i have resigned from work my salary will be paid on the 5th i made an arrangement to pay them on this day but they are busy debiting my account and for every attempt i get charged 130. Why must we wwaste time to speak with someone of they will continue debiting account 😡😡😡😡
