bad service
I'm very disappointed with the service from this company, i took out a pay day loan which was less than R2000 which was paid up in 2019, to my surprise when i checked my credit record , it shows that i owe them R10000 which i never borrowed , when i called their customer service about this issue, i was sent a paid up letter and was promised that that they would clear this but up until today, i have not received any response, i have sent numerous emails but nothing has been done.
