Bad service at its best.

<p>I had 2 accounts that i paid in full last year, and i have been sending emails to the collectors and to Finchoice to ask them to remove my name from ITC. i have been calling their contact center for the past 3 months and they keep on reffering me to ********** and ********** and these number's are for their debt review department and nobody is picking up on those 2 numbers. I spoke to Abongile who kept me on hold for almost 40 minutes trying to get his supervisor to come and give me an email or telephone number of someone that can resolve my query. I have been to Trans Union and ITC to ask them to intervine but finchoice came back to say i am still owing them even after providing them with paid up letters. The team leader's there dont want to take calls and they advise their agents to cut the call if the customer does not hang up. Finchoice is messing up my life... i want to purchase a house and i cannot because they dont want to remove my name from ITC after they have promised to do so within 21 days.</p>
