Bad service at finchoice

I have never seen a company that is so ********* like fin choice, even ****a shops do much better than them. On the 18 I took a funeral policy with fin choice, on the 19th of October 2021 I have learnt that all my information was inaccurately captured meaning the names, the dates of birth of my family members was incorrect on their system. I then cancelled the policy with immediate effect on the 20th I got a confirmation that my policy was cancelled despite this cancellation it did not stop them from debiting the amount that was agreed upon on the 25th October 2021.

I sent an email requesting a refund reference with this reference number Ref585453, I made a follow their satan agents keeps on dropping my calls. To anyone that wants anything from them be careful guys they are worse than ****A, I am certain that they go to work high as %$##%%E# of drunk very unprofessional
