BAD SERVICE AND RUDE STAFF

I was owing on my loan acc and they handed me over to a debt collecting company called CreditWorx. I settled the acc through the debt collector on the 08 February 2018 but now both parties are giving me the run around and refuse to give me the paid up letter. When I call them for the letter, one company points me to the other and they promise to resolve the issue but nothing happens. I was told it'll be emailed to me within 21 days but it has been 5 months now. I am gatvol with Finchoice and their ****ty service and I want my acc cleared now. I REGRET doing business with them because they only think about themselves. And their staff is very rude!!! Finchoice doesn't know the meaning of customer service. The worst organization ever!!
