Bad service and rude agents

I apply for loan days ago. They sent me an sms said money has been paid in to my account. I keep checking in my bank account. I haven't received any money from finchoice. I called them they telling me the same thing please be patient the money will be in my account. Still nothing to them it's a joke. I apply for a loan to sort out my problem not to play a game. Am still waiting but if that's how the run the business. They are going down its just wrong and unprofessional.
