Bad service and loading debit orders with NO approved loans
The worst service i ever received from a business. 2 Debit orders loaded on my vanking app, with NO funds released of approved. I have send many emails and then they respond either once and close the ticket or just close my ticket. I will go further in reporting them to the onbudsman and National credit regulator. *********** people i have dealt with.
