BAD SERVICE AND ATTITUDE

If I was a manager at Finchoice, I will make sure Jamina Stevens get fired with her bad costumer service. every question I ask her she will just say she doesn't know. When I ask to speak to Supervisor/ Manager she refused completely. She really spoiled my day. I just want the WHOLE WORLD not to deal with FINCHOICE ever they are very bad. she keep making me hold for more than 50minutes no luck. not to mention her attitude towards me while the creditworx consultant is on the line. I will never deal with them.
