Bad service

I arranged for a pay up letter on my loan. They did send me the full outstanding amount. I then made the full payment and called them to inform them about that. I specifically ask the lady to ensure that no deductions will be taken off my bank account in future and the lady I spoked to promise me that my account was settled. They even sent me the email as confirmation. On the 25 of May they again deducted money from my bank account. Worse I can't dispute it. Finally when I got hold of someone the said its their mistake and the money will be deposited back into my account after I send them the proof. That I did, today is day 6 and never heard from them either was my money back in my bank account.

I'm so disappointed as I was only a loyal customer of them.
