Bad service
I always take out loan and pay via debit order transection. Now after paying once of loan I know realise that I have an amount which I owe of which is not understandable as if the company takes money via debit order how do I get to have some part of the money not paid. Whose fault is it. When I call, these girls are rude and know nothing. Can I be assisted because I want to pay this off. Nxa
