Bad service
My name is phillizar mnisi with contact *** I have a 36 month loan with finchoice where they are deducting R 3330-00 monthly but to my suprise I don't get statement notifying me about the outstanding balance now they are telling that the account is in arrears while I've never skipped any payment from R 60 000 now to R 68 000, since the the loan was taken in 2021 it shows no reduction . The more I pay the more I get arrears
