Bad service
I've been trying to get finchoice off my ITC for a while now I paid them off in October 2017 but still showing on my ITC and still getting letters of Lawyers that I need to pay a loan that I have finished paying in 2017 October already. I had to fight for my paid up letter and I think the reference number on it is somebody else's or they haven't updated it on their system. I'm really tired of this and its affecting my scoring I have sent numerous e-mails to their legal department . I was promised that they will update the ITC till today that has not happened.
