bad service

Good day have a issue with you guy, I was debited in the wrong account and I did not have money in that account and now my banks charging me R142 x 2 for that and I need you to pay that money back to me. I emailed ********** and you info email and no one is getting back to me. I even told them that I will minus my bank charges on the amount I owe you guy and settle my account with you guys and the is no response. may you please assist me or tell me how I can get my money back as I will not pay for you mistakes.
