Bad Service
I have been applying for a Kwik-Draw for 3 consecutive months, no one seems to know what happens to the applications. I complete the application, send thorough documents and that is the end. no communication whatsoever after that, I called Customer Services and all they know is that the application is on the verification step. what is Finchoise SLA???
