bad service

i app**** for a loan on the 02/06/2015 and informed them how to go about doing confirmation of employment with my company they advised me that my loan was approved but thereafter it was declined due to confirmation of employment but this was not done. i had to send more then 30 emails just to get a response then on friday the 05/06/2015 they informed me that they will redo he application and i have been approved i dont hav to send anything cause they got everything and was promised that they will keep in contact with me which was a lie. and then i sent them the confirmation of employment that was sent to me and finchoice but they have still not responsed and everytime i call in they advise they are awaiting for confirmation of employment which i have sent to them and HR sent to them more then once. <br> <br> i would like some sort of feedback as to what is going on with this cause no one else is providing me with feedback
