BAD SERVICE

<p>i have asked finchoice to sent me their settlement letter i was left with one account with them and i did settle their account but they refuse to sent me paid up letter all of a sudden when i called them they telling me that my account is not cleared there is still outstanding money which i dnt know so far i called them they no longer answering my calls .</p>
