bad financial company ever, please people do not borrow money from finchoice because you will be frustrated.

<p>This would be my second time writing about the same problem with finchoice, they didn't contact me after my first complain,I had a 24 months loan with them , then took a quick advance loan of R1500 on top of that in may 2016 , then pay them back R1900 on the 21st of June 2016,Using EFT, I fax them proove of payment that I requested from Capitec together with bank statement but they continue saying I owe them because I have used wrong ref ,instead of using my ID number I hv used my name , surname & id number , so I have to pay them again , I refused , instead I paid their 24 loan off ,R16000 because I wanted to end things with this ****** company.They have now blacklisted me for R1500, I took from them & pay it back with R400 interest.If I was unable to pay my debt's how can I be able to pay them R16000 before 24 months & fail to pay R1500? & the sad part is I even paid them on time .I am taking this to the Ombudsman, I will even contact Carte Blanche.</p> <p> </p>
