Bad customer service from finchoice

So labout a month ago i app**** at finchoice for a small loan...i got called back sevaral times asking me to upload my documents and accept the debicheck from finchoice to debit my account monthly....a fews weeks went by i got response from finchoice....tried checking how far my loan application was on there useless mobi site...it just said in progress...another week later no update or response from finchoice!!! Very unnprofessional no customer service or what so ever!if i didnt call in to there call centre to hear how far my application is i wouldve wait another month to hear nothing from finchoice! Very very unprofessional and i wouldnt advise anyone to apply for a loan through finchoice!very bad service!
