Bad customer service at Finchoice

I am extremely annoyed with the type of service that finchoice has rendered to me. On 1 April I got two accounts with them. The first one being a family Funeral plan( ********** ) and the 2nd one Is a 1 month Loan( ********** ). Both were due for payment on Tuesday 30 April 2019 of which the debit orders have indeed gone through. What is bothering me with Finchoice is two things.

Firstly with the loan account which has already been paid, They don't seem to update their system which always says Final debit order still in progress. I mean until when will I keep seeing this message? I should atleast on their used and mobisite be able to see that my debt has been cleared/paid as per the debit order they took at the end of the month. For how Long will the debit order be processed? Surely the same method and efforts used to collect debit orders on the correct date should apply to updating their systems on our side. Because for as long as I the client keep seeing a message that my limit is reached and that my final debit order is in progress just for a 1 month Loan which I payed back on time. How will I trust finchoice to In future take a bigger loan with them on a longer term??

My other point to Finchoice is straight forward. I have a Family Funeral plan. If you are not going to respond our email enquiries then why do you provide us with these email addresses as a means of contacting you? It's better to not give us the platform to contact you. They have two types of plans, the normal one and the family plan which they state on their website one can add family members hence the name family plan. When my policy commenced on 1 April 2019. I got an email with a 1 pdf page they called my contract. It contained 4 tables on it. 1 with my details(names, policy number and amounts), 2nd table titled beneficiary details which is empty and the 3rd/4th ones titled lives insured which are also empty. I then sent emails as to seek further information as to how exactly does one go about adding beneficiaries and members of family as well as to the requirements and limits when doing this. To this day I have not been responded and the month ended and the debit order taken but I am still in the dark as to my policy details and who is covered. Because you can't say my family is covered if you don't even care to capture the details of those I would like to have covered in my policy. And If no one of my family is covered on my family plan Then I may have as well just took the normal plan or seeked a service elsewhere. Customer service seems not to be their strongest point here I guess.
