Bad customer service

Finchoice has taken my account to debt collectors and they have provided me the debtors contact details and when I contacted the debtors they informed me that they don't have my account with them. I then contacted finchoice again and they told me they will transfer me to their legal department and as soon they transfers me nothing happens no one picking up the phone and this has happened several times now without success, they don't even respond to their emails.....I need to know the correct debt collector that I need to contact so that I can able to settle what ever amount is owed.
