Bad customer service

I have always said that is one of the worst companies to have a policy and account with because their customer service and recording keeping is the worst, They do not know how to update their customer information and as per requirement, I have been complaining since I opened this account with them, they do not update their information correctly, for the last month i have been struggling with their customer service for assistance with no luck and satisfaction, I am really disgusted and will close my account with the provider and never go back again as it is the worst.
