Bad customer service

I called their customer service making a follow up on a loan that was app**** by someone using my credentials. Guy who answered ask me my ID number names and tell phone. I gave him. But he told me that he can't assist me I even told him that I have a reference number regarding this he told me he cannot assist me I ask to speak to someone who can still he told me that one will assist me I'm wasting his time he gas other customers to assist. Then I ask if I can't get help here cause this happened here at finchoice he said I didn't know were.
