Bad Bad Bad Service from Finchoice

After applying with lots of noise in the background and waiting 2 days to hear the outcome of my loan application, i asked the consultant to cancel my loan after rudely dropping the phone in my ears. wich was done in less than 2 minutes. Why do i have to wait 2 days and the application is still screened but the cancellation was done in minutes? After hundreds of rands of airtime waisted to get the outcome of my loan. Really Really bad service.
