BAD AGENT,BAD SERVICE POOR SERVICE YOLANDA IS A RUDE RUDE AGENT

i just received a call from Yolanda .I'm trying to tell her that iam at work i cant speak and i already spoke to someone and her response was she did not say i was not at work, first of all your service is poor, your agent are rude without telephone manners .... iam not happy at all
