Awful Service
It doesn't feel safe to join Finchoice. As a New Customer and there are two debit orders on my account already with having been given the requested loan. I thought calling Service Desk helps (30 Nov 2023), after receiving calls from Finchoice agents. I even requested for the loan application to be cancelled and nothing has been done. I did download their Mobile App on that same day.
