Awaiting refund
This financial institution is a night mare. I have settled their Mobi Money account before November 2021 but Money R98 was deducted from my account on the 22nd of December. I logged a query on the 9th of December and i was promised a refund. I am still waiting till this day and also R139 was deducted in December.
