AVOID AT ALL COSTS - *********** AGENTS !!!!!

I have never in my life received such POOR service from a company.

I took a loan out at the end of March with Finchoice, my first installment was at the end of April. My account was debited but only to discover that the status is ''account in arrears''. I was charged ''late fees'' as well.

I have called and called and called, only to speak to *********** agents that have no customer etiquette, each person tells you something different. You will be very lucky if they do not hang up the phone!! It has been three weeks and and still the issue has not been resolved. I am at my wits end.

DO NOT USE THIS ORGANIZATION - ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!
