arrangement letter

I made an agreement with the company handling debt collections for finchoice to pay R1000 a month, i asked them to e-mail me an arrangement letter because i must send it to my employer so that the money can be deducted from my salary but they said they cannot send me that letter and finchoice cannot help either so if they cannot help the who must? Really really disappointed and confused.
