Approving credit application on my Name even after my ID number was listed with SAFPS as a victim of identity *****

I'm very disappointed that you guys went ahead and approve credit on my name even after my ID number was listed with the SAFPS. Please check and cancel any accounts you might have opened or activated using my ID number since I was not the person who asked for those accounts. You people were supposed to call and verify my identity before you can approve any credit since my details were listed with the SAFPS. Please fix this and someone from ***** department should call me asap to provide feedback.
