Appreciation for prompt response

Thanks so much to Finchoice for their prompt response. I had escalated a query regarding e debit that had been deducted even though I had settled the account.

They resolved it on the same day, and I received my refund and I believe they have canceled the debit order.

I appreciate Finchoice who assisted me when no one wanted to give me a loan. Their online service is very convenient and efficient and they respond quickly with the follow up call when they are approving your loan for the 1st time.
