Application progress.

I made a loan application on the 21st of November. On Friday I called to make a follow up and I was told there system issues. Each time you call you get to a different agent and all of them have a different explanation on what is happening on my application. I asked one if they were working on different systems because I get different stories. I was promised call backs and no one bothered to contact me back. All I want to know is the outcome of the application. It's almost a week since I done it and there is nothing happening.
