Application pending verification for weeks
I have app**** for Finchoice twice, sent documents and both times the application just hangs on the verification process and I never hear from them. It’s really frustrating. I have sent numerous emails only to receive computer genera Emails stating that they need to verify employment and income. But they have not actually done anything to verify. Like just tell a person YES OR NO. DECLINED OR APPROVED. Instead of letting a person hang for weeks. It’s frustrating
Honestly this is frustrating.
