Application in process since forever!!!1

I app**** for a loan on 14th February 2020 and today is 19th February 2020 but the application is still in process. The first 2 conultants I spoke to advised that an SMS will come through shortly and it never did. I am really frustrated and I feel like I have to beg. Can I please have this finalized so I can get some direction???
