Appalling, rude & not helpful. Do not take any product from them.
0 review, not eve a 1 star. Finchoice and its consultants are extremely pathetic. So annoying & most appalling service ever. Do not take up any product with Finchoice you will regret.
On the 19th May 2021 I got a settlement amount which I settled before the 22nd, then on the 25 May 2021 I got a paid up letter. The following month the kept debiting my account up until today , its been 13 months of nightmare. The account is paid up & supposed to be closed but they didn’t close ,added money after I paid and keep debiting my account. I have been red flagged at credit bureau because of this people’s incompetency.
They are all rude & extremely annoying, very useless & unhelpful. Till now no one resolve my issue and they still debiting with a paid up letter in my possession, these people are ******** and **********ly keep taking money from customers and refuse to close accounts. No matter what you do no one will ever help you. Over a year already but still no help yet my credit score is looking bad because of them.
