THE SERVICE OF THE CALL CENTER AGENTS IS APPALLING AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, WILL NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN, THEY NEED TO DEAL WITH LEANDRA GEORGE OR WHATEVER HER NAME IS AND SOME OTHER LADY CALLED HLENGIWE, YOU CALL GET OUT ON HOLD FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON AND THEN THEY HANG UP THEN YOU CALL AGAIN AND GO THROUGH THE SAME **** AGAIN AND THEY SPEAK AS IF THEY NOT INTERESTED IN THEIR JOBS AND AS IF THEY ARE DOING YOU A FAVOUR OF SOME SORT
