All has been good until i am due for a refund
All has been good until i am due for a refund, i even referred some of my mate to you because i was receiving a good service from you, but now you have to refund me and its been long that have been waiting for the refund and every time i call im told the matter has been escalated, but for how long do i have to wait now.

02 Dec 2025, 08:06Now am told i have to send proof of payment which they already have cause the updated my account hence it show a refund due, am not sure how that works. i just hope i will not regret using Finchoice.
