Agents with insults
I've been with finchoice for a while now and all was good until one of their agents Ziyanda called me this morning.. I wasn't home, she spoke to my sister and girl went on and insulted me, she belittled me!! My sister recorded the whole conversation.. also what happened to POPI Act??? Is this how finchoice train their agents, to belittle and insults customers?? I've never felt so ashamed to be part of finchoice.. My sister even asked which company are you calling from, she refused to say coz she thought we wouldn't find out... PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A MATTER I WILL NOT LET GO UNTIL RECTIFIED!!!
Teach your agents manners when speaking to people!!! The call was at 07:53
