Accumulating improper balance.

I am being ****** day light. I queried they said I made half payment I will be paying for the last time took R2000+. Now busy saying I promised to pay and another month my acc says closed but accumulating money. My 12xmon turned in to 14. They took the money and refund it closed account but now it’s owing again.
