Account settled in September but no paid up letter

Initially i had struggled to get hold of Finchoice in August 2017 and i was directed to MBD attorneys to settle my credit account. I have since paid in September 2017 and to date have not received a settlement letter nor have i been updated on the credit bureaus. My requests are ignored and emails not responded. I am tired of begging them to give me whats mine and update my profile. What an unprofessional experience to be taken from pillar to post by MBD whom were selected by Finchoice as their attorneys. I want what is mine so i can move on with my life. Rectify your mistakes please urgently.
