Account Settled in 2015 ITC still not updated!!!!!!
<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>As per my previous review I asked for a paid up letter, and I did receive it. But my ITC profile is still affected with the outstanding balance and was not updated at all. This account was settled in 2015 already.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need this to please be sorted out immediately and updated as this is effecting me badly.</p> <p> </p> <p>Appreciate your urgent assistance.</p>
The one account number was updated to fully paid.
